The issue is what has accumulated underneath all of that without ever being examined. Family roles, long-standing loyalties, unspoken expectations, fear disguised as responsibility, identity built around being needed. These things overlap. They tangle. They quietly organize how you think, react, and show up long before you’re consciously choosing anything.


You can be capable and still be carrying what no longer belongs to you. You can be outspoken and still override yourself through habit, accommodation, or over-responsibility. Awareness alone doesn’t resolve this. In many cases, it becomes another way to keep carrying it.


Unpack with Kat is grounded in The Discipline of Unpacking™. The work focuses on identifying what is actually shaping your internal load, separating pattern from truth, and creating relief where things have been held together by force for too long.
